On a normal day of activity on the computer, I'm willing to assume that you probably can't remember every single thing that you did. The software will assist you by remembering all of your recent documents, folders, applications, and Web sites. It sits quietly in the background and keeps track of this history automatically while at the same time giving you instant access to anything that you've recently used. Unlike many applications today, RecentX does not require any initial configuration - it just works. A small sidebar sits on the corner of your screen (you can make it auto hide and set the transparency level), and when you're ready to view your history, all you have to do is click the appropriate button to specify what you want to see. RecentX is extremely simple to use, and with its help, you'll never again have to ask yourself, "What was that file that I opened earlier today?"
