InAlbum v2.0

Right around this time last year, Lockergnome featured a snappy little program called InAlbum 1.0. It had oodles of templates and customizable features that allowed the average user free rein on creating photo slideshows for family, friends, and maybe enemies (depending on the photos used, I guess). Now, we're proud to feature InAlbum 2.0 with tons of additional features that make it even more useful.

Now, not only can you create photo slideshows for display in any Web browser on your own personal Web site (hosted by InAlbum, if you like) or in AVI format to e-mail to aforementioned friends, family, and enemies, but you can make DVDs and VCDs of your creations! You can record your voice to accompany the presentation! You can add music from your own collection! You can morph your photos into chimps, aliens, ogres, and more (which might be an improvement on some photos, depending on ther subject matter)! Vary the length of time your slideshow pauses at certain photos! Have InAlbum 2.0 open a Web site at the end of the show (obviously only useful if you're watching on a computer. It won't magically transform your living room DVD console into an Internet router. Maybe in 3.0?)! Design and order photo gifts like t-shirts, mouse pads, coffee mugs, etc.

If you don't want to go through the hassle of digging up every single element of your show, additional clipart, templates, and music are free to download and new content is available regularly.

InAlbum 2.0 is so easy, even a Lockergnome editor can use it! Or his parents! Or his grandparents! Not sure about the cats, but that might just be because of the no-opposable thumbs thing...

See what I did within ten minutes of opening InAlbum 2.0 and just fiddling around with it. Not amazing, I'll confess, but that's only my fault, not InAlbum's! There are plenty more features that allow you to customize it for your needs, whether they be business or pleasure-related!
